I started by writing down everything
I want to say and when I read it out loud for the first time
it took 27 minutes. The problem is I have to shorten it to
about a 12 minute speech so I cut a lot of lines from it,
but it is still 22 minutes and all of it looks important
so I don't know what else to cut.
